Anxiety Therapy

Does Anxiety Feel Familiar?

Do you replay situations and question whether you said or did something wrong?

Your thoughts race, making it difficult to relax and be present.

You anticipate what could go wrong or struggle with uncertainty.

Anxiety affects your sleep, relationships, work, and everyday decisions.

You experience panic, physical tension, avoidance, or feel constantly on edge.

How Anxiety Therapy Can Help

Anxiety therapy can help you understand what is fueling your anxiety, recognize the patterns that keep it going, and develop practical ways to respond differently. Together, we can work toward reducing fear and avoidance, quieting persistent thoughts, regulating overwhelming emotions, and helping you feel more confident in your ability to handle uncertainty.

As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, insight-oriented work, and gradual exposure based on your individual needs.

Trauma Therapy

Do Past Experiences Still Affect You?

You may understand what happened and still find that certain experiences continue to affect how you feel, respond to stress, or connect with others. You might feel constantly on guard, emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected, avoid certain situations, or notice yourself repeating patterns you want to change.

How Trauma Therapy Can Help

Trauma therapy can help you process difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable while developing a greater sense of safety and regulation. Together, we can work toward understanding your responses, reducing the impact of triggers, and helping you feel more present and connected to yourself and others.

A Mind-Body Approach to Trauma

I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy with a mind-body perspective based on your individual needs. I am currently completing specialized training in Somatic Experiencing®, an approach that explores how stress and trauma are experienced in the body and supports greater awareness, regulation, and connection.
